Review of The Body Shop's Moisture White Shiso BB ( with Serum )

                                  

This is a sample product I've obtained from Sample Room PH. If you wanna hear my story about it just go to this link, . I ordered The Body Shops's (TBS) Moisture White Shiso BB #thebodyshopphilippines since I love using BB creams #lovebbcreams and love trying new products. And one thing that caught my attention is the fact that it contains Serum. @bodyshopphilippines

 Why not? 

Serum is clinically proven to solve different skin problems.

So, what is cosmetics serum? 

It contains nutrients, natural products good for the skin (cucumber and aloe vera), and vitamins which gives magic effects on our skin. This is suitable for individuals who have dry skin since it restores moisture and elasticity to the skin without greasy feeling. Aside from that, it will brighten your skin and prevent it from skin breakouts. So if you love make up and cosmetics but proone to pimples or acne, cosmetic serums is best for you. 

This is why I opted for it since I can enjoy BB cream and serum effects at the same time. Hitting two stones in one strike right? 

Here are my observations about TBS Moisture White Shiso BB:

Color: 

Light yellow but upon application, it compliments my warm skintone. 

Texture:

Very light, non sticky or non greasy. I believed it is mixed water and oil based since it's not runny nor oily. So in between. 

Smell:

Good, like the kind you'll smell from lotions. 

Upon application:

It glides easily on my face and a pea size is enough for my entire face. In fact, the 1.5 mL sample I've obtained from Sample Room PH lasted for 2 weeks. Out of the five, 1.5 mL, i still have 3 with me, unused. So if I'll gonna buy the whole product worth PHP1,145.00, its mire than enough to oast for a month. 

Coverage: 

It even out my skin tone and hide some of my blemishes. It failed to cover up my skin's redness and dark circles, so I have to use concealer. 

Value for money:

If I'm gonna rate it from 1 to 5 wherein 5 is the highest (meaning positive), then I'll rate it at 4. The price of PHP1,145 good for a month or so is a big savings for me. Why? You can enjoy BB cream and get the best benefits for your skin out of the serum. 

Would you recommend it to your friends and family?

Yes! One of the best product, The Body Shop has created!
