Aqua Mineral From the Dead Sea, Soothing Hand Cream

Aqua Mineral products (from the dead sea) is producing so much hype on the Metro because of its price and the benefit it promises to the user. My mom and dad was encourage by the seller to buy their product for a total of 9,000 which comprises products for the skin. And the hand cream I'm gonna share is only a freebie given to my dad out of all the item they've bought.

As per packaging, it moisturizes and protect delicate skin on hands leavinggr them with velvety soft feelinf and subtle frangrance. It contains natural Olive Oil, Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, and Avocado Oil that nourishes the skin. It also has Vitamin E which protects the skin from environmental damage. It also contains Coenzyme Q-10, an oxidant which is known to energized skin cells and produce an anti-wrinkle effect.

Good thing, it does not contain Paraben and even the packaging indicates that its free. 

What is Paraben?

Its a chemical ingredient added to cosmetics to prevent bacteria formation and is said to have been widely used since 1950. According to cosmetic chemist, 85% of cosmetic brands have them which are effective and cost less.

Is it harmful to the skin? 

Yes, since it mimics the estrogen in the body that has been linked to breast cancer and reproductive issues. In 2004, it was found to be present in malignant breast tumor. So this means that this product have the tendency to stay in our body for long. If that is the case, then in long run, it could post a commulative effect and pose risk to health.

Its consistent and rich, when applied it feels thick and lil bit sticky. After it dries, i can still feel it. Non fragrant but it smells ok. I think the reason why there's that stickyness feel due to its anti wrinkle effect. 

After 2 to 3 minutes, its ni longer sticky. 

Verdict:

For product effectiveness, I could not comment on that since I haven't used it for long period of time. For me, I would buy it since its paraben free and it contains essential minerals that is good for the skin. On the otherhand, I will not buy it since its way pricey for me just for a hand cream where in fact, I could buy one which has the same promise and effect but is sure not to burn my pockets. In terms of packaging, I really love it, white and silver color gives the effect of purity and class. By just looking at it, you'll kniw that it is not substandard or of low quality.

Olive Hand Cream of Naturals by Watson: Personal Review

After a long tiring day, nothing beats a good hot cup of coffee. Coffee can energized your exhausted body and mind. So I went and look around for my newly discovered coffee and change my old brand, Nescafe. Well, the brand I'm talking about is sadly, not available here in the Philippines since it was bought by my sister from Singapore. It's the Charcoal Roasted White Coffee. I love its aroma, it smells like chocolate and sago gulaman. Super fragrant and yummy. 

Enough of the charcoal roasted coffee, let's move on with the product review. 

Name: Olive Hand Cream of Naturals by Watsons

Price: unknown, got it from dad's drawer

In terms of packaging, toothpaste tube is wise since it gives you easy grip and squeeze access on the product.

Color of package, off white and moss green is kind of dull, not a good choice for natural effect. I preferred it to be in green color so it won't be boring and symbolizes nature.

Good that it contains the ingredients information since some beauty products doesn't have it. In fact, it does not contain any paraben, so it is safe.

Very rich, not watery and smells good. It has no sticky feeling after applying. But not the kind that will leave your skin perfume scent.

Water based once you applied it on your skin. 

Final Verdict:

In terms of effectiveness, I could not comment for now since I haven't tried the product for long time. As a hand cream, I love it since its not sticky compared to other brand of lotions or hand cream. This is why I hate using lotions because I feel sticky at the end of the day especially when it humid or hot.

Review of Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick

This would be my second time doing a personal review about a lipstick but with a different brand. As I've mentioned, I always use Maybelline products. The one I'll be reviewing is Revlon lipstick. This would be my first time using this brand. Well, I'm not saying, I'm not a fan of this brand, in fact, I love their mineral powder and that's what I always buy from them. 

How much: Free ( gift given to me )

Brand: Revlon, Super Lustrous Lipstick Line

Color: Kiss Me Coral. 

Here's the product packaging: 

I love the color combination of black and gold. It's very elegant, not cheap packaging compared to other lipsticks brands. One thing I love about it, is its ability to hold and lock the lipstick cap after closing or using it. It holds into to place, so there's no point of loosing the cap or dirt getting in to the lipsticks. You can see, the hold and lock system of the lipstick tube on the picture below.

Under dim or indoor light, one swatch on both upper and lower lips. 

Under the sun rays or outdoor light, two swatches on bith upper and lower lips.

Verdict:

Total package would be perfect score. It was beautiful and perfectly created since the lipstick is protected inside the tube. 

The slanted shape is perfect for application, no need to tilt our hands. Matte finish is good in itself, even without lip gloss, it gives out shine effect on lips. It does not feel heavy on lips.

In terms of color, it gives out an orange hue which is not my fave color. But in fairness, it compliments my skin color. So i bet it will also compliment, faired skin/mestisa or morena skin. A color which does not choose skin tone.  

I also noticed that it gives my small lips a fuller look. I feel like I have Angelina's lips after applying it. :D

This would be perfect lipstick for wedding look or on the beach look.

Value for Money:

I could not comment for that here because I got it for free. 

Would you recommend it:

Yes, definitely.

Review of My Fave Lipstick from Maybelline: Color Sensational

Do you ever had that feeling when you wanted to look pretty and prep when you've got nothing to go to or special event to attend to? Well, I had that today! This is why I'm gonna share my experience on using Maybelline's lipstick.

One thing I'm damned proud to say, is that I'm a Maybellne girl. Yeah, you read it right girls! I love Maybelline cosmetics! Eversince I started being kikay and learn how to put make up on, Maybelline products is always on my lists. I choose it not because someone influenced me but as far as I can remember, I love their packaging ( very sofisticated, yet affordable ) and their products look pretty on the selves. Kudos to the team responsible for this! 

Take note, I'm not using new product here, using my old lipstick. 

What's the product I'm gonna share? 

It's Maybelline's Color Sensational lipstick. 

Packaging is simple not much drama in it. Well, whats important is how good the product will be when used.

Personal Review of Eskinol Classic White

Who wouldn't want to have pimple free skin? 

Of course, everyone women does.

This is why I'm making this review and sharing my experience since last month, I'm having a pretty bad skin breakout. I don't know why or it has something to do with the food I eat since I've been craving for chocolates lately. And my hubby have been noticing it too, "nakakahiya naman kay hubby, mas makinis pa face nya sa akin kung sakali". Remedy is a must! 

After malling, we went to Mercury Drugstore since that is the only store open that time. Went to skin care section and look for my remedy. Before, when I'm still in high school, I used to have lots of pimples because puberty came into existence, and to remedy it, I remember using astringent. It cured my breakouts but I hate its process of renewing my skin. I experienced skin redness, a lot and skin peeling which is a lil bit painful at times.
